03. Audited financials
Rainbow Services engages an independent certified public accountant to conduct a full financial audit each year. Audited financial statements are published within 120 days of the close of each fiscal year and are retained for a minimum of 7 years.

04. Major funders
The following is a partial list of government and institutional funding sources. This list is for public transparency and should be reconciled against current grant records before each annual update. Individual donors are acknowledged separately through donor recognition materials.

05. Financial ratios
Nearly 86¢ of every dollar goes to programs (FY25 audited). Rainbow Services reports its full functional expense breakdown (program services, management and general, and fundraising) in our annual Form 990 and audited financial statements. The most recent figures are linked in Section 02 above.
Independent recognition (a rating and a transparency seal are different things):
- Charity Navigator (independent rating): Four-Star rating, continuously since 2019.

06. Executive compensation
Compensation for the Chief Executive Officer and other key staff is disclosed in IRS Form 990, Part VII and Schedule J. Chief Executive Officer compensation is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors Executive Committee.
